Luba Smal, Attorney At Law, is an attorney in private practice in Omaha, Nebraska. Luba Smal if fluent in both Russian (native) and English. She is familiar with both legal systems: American Legal system and European Civil Law system. Luba Smal provides legal translation and proofreading services to law firms, lawyers, companies, financial institutions, academic institutions, and private individuals. She translates from English (US) to Russian and from Russian to English (US). All legal translation and proofreading services are performed personally by Luba Smal, and never assigned to a third party or an agency. She always tries to stay in direct contact with the clients.

Luba Smal holds two Juris Doctor Degrees: one from Creighton University School of Law (Omaha, Nebraska, USA) and the other degree with honors from Grodno State University School of Law (Grodno, Belarus). While at Creighton School of Law, she was awarded Dean's Merit Scholarship and CALI Excellence for Future Award in the Study of Professional Responsibility (Legal Ethics). She graduated from the post-graduate 3-year PhD course "Aspirantura" from Grodno University School of Law with emphasis in the Theory and History of State and Law, and Political Teachings, and Studies of the Language of the Law and History of Legal Language.

Ms. Smal is admitted to practice law in Nebraska, USA, and Belarus. She is familiar with both legal systems: American Legal system and European Civil Law system. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Nebraska Bar Association.
